DATE :- 16th MARCH, 2023 The petitioner who is a State Government employee since retired has challenged the order passed by the Tahsildar dated 14.12.2022 refusing to undertake pay fixation as sought by the petitioner.

The remedy available to the petitioner is before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

Hence with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for challenging the order dated 14.12.2022, this writ petition is not entertained. It is disposed of as such. No costs.
