This is an application for condonation of delay in presenting the appeal. Delay is of 85 days. Though, application is coming for the first time before the Court, in our view, notices are not necessary to be issued to non applicant as Mr. Doifode, learned A.P.P. is present before Court.

Applicant is convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha in Sessions Case No.62/2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 397, 459 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and directed to suffer imprisonment for life. The applicant is in jail. In that view of the matter, delay needs to be condoned so that the applicant will have an opportunity to submit his case before the Court. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The application is disposed of.
