It appears that by an order dated 9th April, 2012, this Court had observed that if the petitioner had not deposited 50% of the amount payable in terms of the impugned order, the interim order would not operate in favour of the petitioner and the respondent no.3 would be free to act upon the impugned order.

It is likely that the petitioner may not have deposited the amount as none appears on behalf of the petitioner today.

The Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
