The applicant has placed on record a praecipe stating that as on today plots 36, 37 and 38 are unencumbered and that he is ready to execute the sale-deed of any of these plots, as per the choice of the complainant, in favour of the complainant. A statement is made by Shri Vyawahare, the learned counsel for the applicant that the sale-deed shall be executed at the cost of the applicant. The complainant, who is represented by her counsel is however, unwilling to accept the offer.

2] Be that as it may, this offer of the applicant shall remain valid for 60 days and the complainant is free to avail the same if she has a change of heart.

3] In the light of the accusations and the material on record, I am inclined to allow the criminal application.
