We have heard Shri B. S. Dhandale, learned counsel for the petitioner.

We are informed that the representation/appeal dated 14/06/2016 preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 10/03/2016 is pending for consideration before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-Chief Executive Officer, Chandrapur to decide the representation/appeal of the petitioner dated 14/06/2016 as early as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today if not decided yet.
