After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicants on instructions submits that the applicants would surrender before the Authority or the Court as the case may be and would avail remedy available under the law including seeking enlargement on bail on their surrendering. He submits that as the applicants were protected by order of this Court dated 17.2.2015, the protection be continued for some time i.e. till the applicants' surrendering.

Learned APP opposes the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants.

aba71.15 Considering the fact that as ad interim protection was granted to the applicants and the applicants expressed their wish to surrender and avail the remedies of their surrendering, the applicants are permitted to surrender before the Authority or the Court as the case may.

The protection granted by this Court to continue till 16.3.2015 only.

The criminal application is disposed of in above terms.
