This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring an appeal challenging judgment and decree passed by learned Judge of Reference Court in Land Acquisition Case No.149/2014. The delay is of 239 days. 2.

On 24.1.2020, Notices on this application were issued. In pursuance to said Notices, learned counsel Shri A.A.Dhawas is appearing for non-applicant No.1/original claimant and learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri M.A.Kadu is appearing for non-applicant Nos.2 and 3. 3.

The application for condonation is on affidavit giving reasons as to why there occurred the delay. 4.

After having gone through contents of the application as well as reply and after having heard learned counsel for parties, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay.

Hence, the application is allowed. The delay .....2/-

caf3576.19 21 stands condoned. Registrar (J) is directed to register the appeal and place the same for admission on Tuesday i.e. 30.11.2021.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
