As this petition takes exception to the interim order dated 18.01.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Minister, granting stay to the disqualification of the respondent No.6, I am not inclined to interfere with it. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 3.

However, considering the matter relates to the disqualification, the Hon'ble Minister is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously, in any case, within two months from the date of the appearance of the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to communicate this order to the Hon'ble Minister within one week from today.

The parties are directed to appear before the Hon'ble Minster on 23.02.2024 at 11.00 a.m.
