On going through the reply of the prosecution, it is seen that the role played by the applicant was not beyond attending the marriage solemnized between the victim and accused no. 9. No other role, as seen from the reply of the prosecution, has been attributed to the applicant. Applicant is in jail since 6th October 2017. Charge-sheet has been filed. In these circumstances, I see no difficulty in directing release of the applicant on bail, moreso, because the applicant is residing in Bhandara district, away from Bhandara and it is not the case of the prosecution that he will misuse the liberty. Application deserves to be allowed. Application is allowed. Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.

184/2017 registered with Police Station, Jawahar Nagar, Bhandara for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366 (A), 372, 376 (1) (2) (I) (K) (N), 420, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012, upon his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.

2 ba110.18 (a) Applicant shall regularly attend the dates fixed in the trial being held against him.

(b) Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.

(c) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
