The relief claimed by the petitioner is that, she has filed application on 15/09/2023 (Annexure-F) for transfer of C.L.-3/20/2023-24 in her name. It is contended that, there is no decision taken by the Collector, Washim on the said application.

As against this, the respondent submit that, once application filed by the respondent no. 2 is already decided and it has a bearing on the application, by which, the petitioner seeks decision from the respondent no. 1. As such, this issue can be agitated before the Collector in the application dated 15/09/2025.

The respondent no. 1/the Collector is, therefore, directed to decide the same within a period of four weeks after appearance of the parties and on production of copy of the order.

The parties to remain present on 07/08/2025 before the respondent no. 1/the Collector.

The respondent no. 1/the Collector shall decide the application on merits.
