This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 22.11.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in case No.2539/AMT/BLD/2020.

The applicant is ready to deposit the entire decreetal amount along with accrued interest within twelve weeks from today.

In view of above, the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 22.11.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in case No.2539/AMT/BLD/2020 is stayed during the pendency of
