This is an application by respondent nos. 1 and 2 in First Appeal No.1132/2006, by which virtually they have sought modification of the orders passed in First Appeal on 27.11.2019, like a prayer of speaking to minutes.

While dismissing First Appeal, this Court has permitted respondent nos. 1 and 2 to withdraw the compensation amount, however, this

Order 1702caf643.20 Court has permitted withdrawal of amount from the Tribunal. It is brought to the notice that the amount is not deposited with the Tribunal, but, the same has been deposited with this Court.

Considering the technicalities, the word "the Tribunal", as appearing in paragraph nos. 7 and 8 of the judgment and order of this Court dated 27.11.2019, be deleted and it be substituted by word "this Court". Necessary correction be made. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
