1] As per directions contained in judgment dated 7.3.2016 in Writ Petition No. 144/16, petitioner has been absorbed on 20.4.2017 in Sant Gulab Baba High School at Divthana.
2] Grievance of petitioner is his salary thereafter is still not received. Strictly speaking, there is no specific direction for that purpose. Release of salary will depend upon receipt of proper proposal for approval and its processing.
3] Heard learned A.G.P. with respondent. Bailable warrant is recalled.
4] In this situation, with liberty to petitioner to take such other steps as are open to him in law, if he does not receive salary within next two months, we dispose of Contempt Petition. Judge Judge J.
