Out of the amount of penalty as directed by the learned Commissioner, the appellant claims to have deposited Rs.1,50,000/- on 19th January, 2016.

There shall be interim orders in terms of prayer clause (i) and (ii) of the civil application, until further orders, however, on condition that the appellant deposits balance amount as per the order passed by the Commissioner on 21st October, 2015, till 15th June, 2018.

If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the interim order shall cease to operate from 16th June, 2018 and the respondent No.1/ claimant will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.
