2) The petition was disposed of on 28 February 2022 on the ground that cause raised in the petition will not survive. On the submission of Shri Kalwaghe, learned Counsel for the

The learned Counsel further submits that the date on which the said order was passed, unfortunately he could not remain present to point out that the Petitioner intended to withdraw the petition. 3) The learned Counsel for the Respondents have no objection.
4) Accordingly, order dated 28 February 2022 is recalled and substituted by the following order :
"Shri Kalwaghe, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn."
