For the reasons stated in the application, which are not controverted, the civil application is allowed subject to furnishing solvent sureties of two persons viz. Shri Bhaurao Rathod and Shri Sanjay Rathod. Both these persons to file affidavits stating therein that they have furnished the solvent sureties to secure 50% of amount permitted to be withdrawn by respondent No.1. The solvent sureties shall be subject to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court who shall verify the identities of these persons and .....2/-
