2] By the present application, the applicant/ appellant - V.I.D.C. has prayed for granting stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment. The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount of compensation will be deposited within two working days.

3] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The effect and operation of the impugned judgment dated 23/9/2022 passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati in Land Acquisition Case No. 72/2016 shall remain stayed pending appeal on depositing the entire amount of compensation within two working days.
