Shri Z.S. Shekhani, learned Counsel holding for Shri R.G. Agrawal, Advocate for the Union of India, Central Railways, submits that the appellant/applicant wishes to deposit Rs. 1,44,68,776/- vide Cheque No.836303 before this Court. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the applicant is permitted to deposit the aforesaid amount in this Court within a period of one week from today.

In view of the deposit of the amount, there shall be stay to the further progress of execution proceeding bearing Regular Darkhast No.436/2018 pending before the Executing Court i.e. the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati, until further orders.

Civil Application (F) No.3499/2019 The learned Counsel for the applicant is directed to take steps to serve the non applicants within a period of three weeks from today.
