DATE : 10.6.2015 This application is filed by the respondent no.4 seeking directions against the respondents 1 and 2 - Management to give promotion to the respondent no.4 for the post of Head Clerk. The relief as sought by the respondent no.4 cannot be granted at this stage. Moreover, the respondent no.4 has not served the copy of the application on the respondents 1 and 2 against whom the directions are sought. The civil application is dismissed with costs of Rs.5,00/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) to be deposited by the respondent no.4 with
