Having heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties and looking to the said case as being old, instead of interfering at this stage, the following order would subserve the ends of justice.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.104/2014 is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Judge to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of communication from this Court.
