The learned Advocate for the petitioner states that if the appeal is directed to be decided within a stipulated time frame, the cause of the present petition will be served.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of in the following terms:

I.

The Appellate Authority-Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati is directed to decide the appeal bearing No.121/NAP-34/Darwha/2022 on or before 30th April, 2026. II.

The parties shall appear before the learned Appellate Authority on 1st of December, 2025 for which separate notice will not be issued.
