DATE : 20/02/2023 1] The application seeks review of the order dated 30.1.2023, passed in Writ Petition No. 329/2023, on the ground that there is a signal black out area from the border of Bagh Nadi to Deori. Bagh Nadi is the border between the States of Chattisgarh and Maharashtra. The vehicle in question was found at a distance of 1 km East of Deori on the National Highway. 2] This is as per the communication dated 14.2.2023 issued by the District Mining Officer, Collectorate, Gondia, in favour of the applicant, in view of which, issue notice for final disposal returnable forthwith.

3] Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents.

(2) 107mca148.23 4] Mr. Patil, learned AGP does not dispute the contents of the letter dated 14.2.2023 issued by the District Mining Officer, Collectorate, Gondia, in view of which the order dated 30.1.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.329/2023, is hereby reviewed.
