The appellant has filed this application for speaking to minutes. Learned Counsel for the appellant states that in paragraph 3 of the order dated 09.12.2019, date has been wrongly typed 07.11.2007 instead of 07.11.2017. It is further stated that in paragraph 5 of the said order, this Court had allowed the appellant to file a formal application for amendment before the Reference Court and to carry out the amendment in reference.

Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the record and proceedings are before this Court and he should be permitted to file an application for amendment before this Court as to carry out in reference.

With consent, date in paragraph 3, line 3 of the order dated 09.12.2019 be corrected as 07.11.2017. Similarly, the appellant is also permitted to carry out amendment in the reference application within two weeks.
