The Applicants have prayed for following prayers: "It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased; A) To issue directions against the Respondents restraining the Respondents not to create any disturbances in the yearly Urus Programme, which is scheduled from 16/02/2021; in the interest of justice and fairplay.

B) Allow the Application."

The prayer is completely vague and it is not possible to issue such a direction as it is not discernible what Petitioners mean the disturbance that will be created by Respondents. SMGate

As regards law and order, the Applicants have already applied to Police Authorities. It would be then within the domain of the police authorities to ensure that no disturbance in terms of law and order is committed.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. Writ Petition No. 3569/2018 Place the Petition on Board as per its turn.
