DATED : 22.04.2025 The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing restoration application in Writ Petition St. No.13008/2024. There is delay of 106 days in filing restoration application. It appears that restoration of Writ Petition St. No.13008/2024, which was refused by the order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 07.10.2024 for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. However, as no due diligence is shown, it is allowed subject to costs of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the "Maharashtra Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur" within one week.

The Civil Application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to register the Misc. Civil Application St. No.2966/2025 after payment of costs.

The present application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition. The registration was refused by the order of Registrar (Judicial). For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The order dated 07.10.2024 is hereby quashed and set aside.

The Registry is directed to restore Writ Petition St. No.13008/2024, after verifying the costs as per direction in Application No.180/2025 has been paid.

After restoration of Writ Petition St.

no.13008/2024, the applicant to remove office objection within two weeks.

5.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
