DATE : 2.3.2015 This is an application praying for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant. Shri V.S. Kukday, the learned advocate submits that the entire land of the respondent no.1 has been acquired and he is rendered landless and has no source of income, however, in view of the order passed by this Court on Civil Application No.661/2014 on 2 nd July, 2014 permitting the respondent no.1 to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and the fact that no change in circumstances

2 caf461.15 are pleaded in the application, in my view, prayer made in the civil application for withdrawal of the amount cannot be considered at this stage. The civil application is dismissed.
