For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.30, details of whom are given in paragraph No.4 of the application are permitted to be brought on record. Consequential amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Mr. P. P. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the

2 / 2 wp5881.19 respondents submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the said legal representatives. Hence, there is no necessity to issue separate notice to the said legal representatives.

There are annexures mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the said application, which were inadvertently not filed along with application. The said annexures are permitted to be placed on record within a period of one week.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
