Present application for appropriate orders is moved by the petitioner. By said application, it is prayed that proceedings in IDA Case No.45 of 2009 be kept pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that said proceedings were filed to execute an order passed under Section 28 of the MRTP and PULP Act, 1971. It is not in dispute that order passed by the Labour Court has been modified by the Industrial Court and said order of Industrial Court is under challenge in this writ petition. In view of said facts, the directions as sought cannot be granted.

C.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
