CORAM :
B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.
12TH DECEMBER, 2017.
These contempt petitions are already admitted for final hearing on 01.09.2017. Accordingly, we have heard Advocate Khapre with Advocate Borkute for the petitioner and Advocate Achal with learned GP for respondents. Respondent No.1 is personally present in this Court.
It is not in dispute that the date appearing as "15.10.2017" in para 6 of the order of this Court dated 07th November, 2017 is to be read as "15.10.2013". Accordingly, said date is corrected.
Our attention has been invited to order dated 21.11.2017 passed on CAW No. 2599 of 2017 by Advocate Khapre. We have heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties on said order. We find that the grievance being made by the petitioners who are terminated employees cannot, therefore, be examined in contempt jurisdiction. The petitioners can, if it is open to them, raise it before appropriate forum as per law.
2 1212cp71.16 With said liberty to the petitioners, we dispose of Contempt Petitions. Rule is discharged. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *rrg.
