This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by this Court while suspending the execution of substantive sentence.

While suspending sentence, the appellant was directed to furnish P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with surety in the like amount. The appellant would submit that due to financial constrains, he was not in a position to arrange the surety as ordered by this Court, but requested to reduce the same to the tune of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only).

Already on merits this Court took a view that the case for suspension of sentence has been made out. It is apparent that during the period of last five months appellant was not in a position to arrange a surety despite the order. We deem it fit that there is sufficient reasons for reducing surety amount.

In view of that the surety amount is reduced to Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only) from Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only). 5.

The application stands disposed of.
