Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that in paragraph Nos. 3, 8 and 20 (page No. 39) of the judgment dated 18.12.2024 in Criminal Application (APL) No. 1472 of 2024 with Criminal Application (APL) No. 1503 of 2024 inadvertently the designation of accused No.22 is written as 'Director' instead of 'vice president'. Learned Advocate prayed that the designation of accused No. 22 be corrected as 'vice president' instead of 'director' in order to avoid further complications on technicalities.

In view of the above submission, the criminal application is allowed.

9.appa.147.2025.odt The correction be made in the judgment dated 18.12.2024 in Criminal Application (APL) No. 1472 of 2024 with Criminal Application (APL) No. 1503 of 2024 as follows:

i] First line in para No. 3 'Accused No.22 and accused No. 23 were the directors of M/s. Home Trade Limited.' be corrected as 'Accused No. 22 was the vice president and accused No. 23 was the director of M/s. Home Trade Limited'.

ii] Eighth line in para No. 8 'He was Director of the Home Trade Limited' be corrected as 'He was vice president of the Home Trade Limited'.

iii] In para No. 20 (Page No. 39 eighth line) 'Accused Nos. 22 and 23 being the Directors have been prosecuted.' be corrected as 'Accused No.22 being the vice president and accused No. 23 being the director have been prosecuted.'

The above corrections be made in the judgment and corrected copy be uploaded immediately.

The criminal application stands disposed of, accordingly.
