Shri S.C. Bhalerao, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th April, 2014 the petitioner has cross-examined the Court Commissioner and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in this petition, does not survive. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner has challenged three orders in this petition. The learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes to pay proper court fees and file affidavit before the trial Court in the matter.

If the affidavit is not filed within two weeks before the trial Court, the learned trial Judge shall pass appropriate orders against the petitioner considering it to be non-compliance of the order passed by this Court. JUDGE RRaut..
