It appears that respondent No. 1 is served with notice of this Civil application prior to 23.04.2018, still he has chosen not to appear. In this situation, we grant relief as prayed for in terms of prayer clause (a), condone delay of 155 days in filing application and restore writ petition against respondent No. 1.

Issue notice of restoration / notice of writ petition No. 254 of 2015 to respondent No. 1 on corrected address, returnable on 16.07.2018.
