Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of 160 days in filing application for review. However, it is not necessary to file application for condonation of delay. However, as an abundant precaution, the same is filed. Learned Counsel relied on order of this Court in Civil Application (CAO) No. 44/2018 in M.C.A. ST.No. 17327/2017 in Writ Petition No. 4974/2014, wherein, relying on various judgments, it is observed by this Court that there are judgments wherein it is held that the Misc. Civil Application was for seeking review of the judgment delivered in writ petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, Article 124 of the Limitation Act, 1963,

(2) 4 cao 126-2025 cannot govern such applications. Accordingly, application for condonation of delay held as unnecessary and disposed of. In view of these judgments, the application for condonation of delay is disposed of as unnecessary.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION STAMP NO. 2958/2025 Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 26/02/2025.
