Considering the nature of controversy and considering that the sentence is for six months, in my view, the sentence has to be suspended.

The sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge on the appellant in Special (Atro.) Case No. 7 of 2012 by the judgment dated 17th December, 2015 is suspended till decision of the appeal on the same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court while granting bail.
