It appears that for want of removal of office objection, the Registrar (J) by its order dated 22/12/2022 had dismissed the appeal for want of removal of office objection that is in respect of certified copies.

For the reasons stated in the application specifically in para nos. 3 and 4, the application is allowed and delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned.
