Civil Application No.669/2018 This is an application filed by the appellant for grant of stay. Heard. Perused the application. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as on today the possession of the agricultural land is with the appellant and ad-interim relief was also granted by this Court, vide order dated 29.6.2018. In view thereof, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (i), till the disposal of the appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of.
