It is submitted that the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(f) appeared before the Registrar (Judicial) and produced the original power of attorney containing that the amount be disbursed in the name of constituted attorneys.

In view of the report of Registrar (Judicial), the amount of respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(f) be disbursed in the account of their respective constituted attorneys.

It is contended that the surname of respondent Nos.1(a) is mentioned as "Mundhada" in the cause title of the appeal, but her surname is mentioned as "Mundra" in her Aadhar card. Since Mundhada is pronounced as Mundra in marathi, this mistake has occurred.

Since she is one and same person, therefore, the amount is allowed to be withdrawn in the name of "Suruchi W/o. Vijaykumar Mundra" instead of "Suruchi W/o. Vijaykumar Mundhada".

Accordingly, Civil Application Nos.472 of 2025 and 473 of 2025 are disposed of.

Needless to mention that excess amount, if any, deposited by the appellant be remitted to it.
