We are informed that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the respondent No.1 dated 24-1-2024 is pending before the respondent No.2- District Magistrate, Nagpur. 3.

We expect the respondent No.2- District Magistrate, Nagpur to deal with the issue raised in the appeal at the earliest and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order, considering that the petitioner is a senior citizen.

In view of the aforesaid direction, the learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition and the same is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if occasion arises.
