Heard finally by consent of learned Counsel for the parties. 2) Considering the limited prayer sought in this petition, we are inclined to allow this petition and it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) by issuing a direction to the respondent no.1 State of Maharashtra to decide the proposal regarding division of Group Gram Panchayat, Pohara in accordance with law within a period of two months from today.
