Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The applicant is already released on ad interim bail looking to the nature of the offence and the fact that the applicant is not recipient of the money, but is charged for fabrification of documents.

In this situation, I am inclined to pass the following order:-

Criminal Application No. 74 of 2015 is allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of the order dated 18th February, 2015 passed by this Court.
