Learned Counsel Mr. Daga for the applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to move the learned Sessions Judge for the similar relief in view of the instructions that some other accused are enlarged on bail and the applicant stands on similar footing with the other applicants, who were already enlarged on bail by the learned Sessions Judge.
