These two applications under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure arise out of the same First Information Report bearing No.0202 of 2017.

Shri Amol Deshpande, learned Advocate for the applicants in both these matters submitted that "B" summary is already filed before the Trial Court. 3.

Hence, in our view, nothing survives for adjudication in both these matters and the Criminal Applications are disposed.

The parties will be at liberty to agitate their grievance, if any, before the Trial Court before or after the order is passed by the learned Magistrate on the "B" summary.

30.Cri.APL No.106-107.18 Criminal Application (APPP) No.1360/2019 In view of the disposal of Criminal Application (APL) No.106/2018, this application praying for joining respondent No.3 as party does not survive. It is disposed accordingly.
