The order dated 09.01.2019 passed by the Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT), Nagpur, rejecting the request of the petitioner to return back the original record, is under challenge in this writ petition. 3.

After going through the impugned order, it is evident that the learned CGIT has observed that, if the establishment wants to withdraw its original record, it shall apply before the APFC and the APFC shall decide this application on priority basis. 4.

Considering the above referred observation, the petitioner cannot be termed as an aggrieved party. Moreover, the main appeal is pending before the CGIT.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
