The present application is for suspension of sentence under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the evidence on record, I am not inclined to suspend the sentence.

The Criminal Application (APPA) No.159/2023 is disposed of.
