By this application, the petitioner seeks to amend the writ petition by raising a challenge to the communications dated 06.05.2015 and 30.06.2015.
It is submitted that along with the reply filed on behalf of the respondents, the aforesaid communications were placed on record. However, copies thereof were not served on the petitioner at an earlier point of time.
The application is opposed by Shri N.S.Khubalkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the ground that there was a mention of these communications in the impugned order which is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition.
WP5228-15 Considering the averments made in the application and the fact that copies of the same were not served on the petitioner earlier, the application is allowed and disposed of. The amendment should be carried out within a period of one week from today.
