Present application is filed by respondent No.1 for grant of early hearing.

It appears that in the present matter, interim stay was granted vide order dated 06.02.2014, however, this Court while passing of the order in Civil Application No.3278/2014 for vacation of stay, directed to list the matter for final hearing in the year 2015 itself. However, matter was listed for final hearing but it could not reach. Thereafter again, it was directed to be listed on 15.06.2023 and 18.09.2024. As such, it appears that though early hearing was granted since 2015, matter could not be heard finally. As such, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

The Civil Application is allowed.
