The petitioner/applicant moved the present application to permit him to amend the petition as, due to inadvertence, some typographical error occurred in the Writ Petition.

The said error appears in six places in the petition. Therefore, the petitioner moved this application to correct the said typographical error, for which learned Advocates for the respondents have given no objection.

Having considered the nature of the amendment and no objection of the other side, the civil application is allowed.

The applicant/petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the respondents immediately thereafter. 5.

List the petition on 06/03/2025.

By that time, the respondents shall file their reply. 7.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
