Heard Shri P.N.Shende, learned advocate for the petitioner and Ms P.D.Rane, learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
The petitioner has made a grievance that the directions given by this Court in the judgment given in Writ Petition No.1656 of 2012 on 4th December, 2013, directing the management to reinstate the petitioner are not complied with.
The respondents have filed affidavit sworn on 15th October, 2015 stating that the petitioner is reinstated on 5th October, 2015. The learned advocate for the petitioner admits that the petitioner has been reinstated. The respondents have tendered unconditional apology in the matter.
Though there is delay in complying with the directions, considering the facts of the case and accepting the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents, the notice of contempt is discharged.
