This is an application filed by original respondent nos. 1 and 2/appellants seeking stay to the judgment and award delivered by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

In the backdrop of the observations made in the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, in my opinion, the application can be disposed of by following order: (a) The entire amount of compensation with accrued interest be deposited in this Court within a period of ten weeks from today. (b) If the amount is deposited, there shall be stay to the execution of judgment and award.

(c) If the amount is not deposited within a stipulated time, the civil application shall be deemed to be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The civil application is disposed of.
